Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Hotel Incharge to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role involves managing staff, maintaining service quality, handling guest relations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Ensure all departments follow service standards and SOPs
• Monitor occupancy, room availability, and daily schedules
Guest Experience
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment
Staff Management
• Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff
• Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
• Ensure staff follows discipline, grooming, and service etiquette
Administration & Reporting
• Maintain records of bookings, revenue, expenses, and inventory
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
• Coordinate with management for budgeting and planning
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
